Within our Tax practice, you will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws, reviewing financial data, preparing tax returns, and assisting businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimizing risks of non-compliance. As a Manager, you will leverage your leadership skills to motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching team members, managing performance, and identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
