The ideal candidate brings craftsmanship, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Job Duties:Form for concrete and place rebar once layout is givenAssist with materials takeoffsAssist with layout, setting stringline, setting anchor bolts, etc.Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand and power toolsRead and have the understanding of blueprints, drawings, or oral instructions to plan workRepair chipped, cracked, or damaged concrete structuresCommunicate and collaborate effectively with the crew and take direction from supervisors, foremen, and members of other tradesEnsure work is performed safely and in compliance with building codes and project specificationsFollow all safety procedures and project protocols to maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
