Job Description Our client is a well-established commercial construction firm. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys structured administrative work, thrives in a deadline-driven environment, and is comfortable supporting multiple project managers with complex documentation and processes. This position will at a job site located in Dripping Springs. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Project Directors supporting field operations Manage subcontractor documentation, including contracts, change orders, billings, lien releases, and approvals Track subcontractor progress and maintain logs, schedules, and records Upload, organize, and maintain project documentation using SharePoint Assist with subcontractor billing workflows, including scanning, coding, routing, and approvals Maintain and update schedules and reports in Excel Qualifications Several years of administrative experience, ideally within construction or a project-based environment Strong Excel skills and comfort learning new software systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Construction industry experience is a plus but not required Must be able to pass a physical and drug screen Ideal Candidate Profile Detail-oriented and methodical with strong follow-through Comfortable working behind the scenes in a support-focused role Easy-going personality with the ability to work well with strong personalities Seeking long-term stability in an administrative role rather than rapid upward mobility Company Description Specializing in professional office support staff positions. #J-18808-Ljbffr The A List Staffing
