About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Scientist to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to apply their analytical and machine learning expertise to real-world business challenges while collaborating with experienced data professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models to solve business problems
  • Perform data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing to ensure high-quality datasets
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights and support decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
  • Design and build data pipelines and workflows for efficient data processing
  • Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Monitor model performance and continuously optimize for accuracy and scalability
  • Maintain documentation and follow best practices in coding, testing, and version control

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data analysis techniques
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or hands-on project experience in data science or machine learning
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud (GCP), or Microsoft Azure
  • Familiarity with SQL, Git, Docker, and basic MLOps concepts
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/Seaborn
