Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Model N Validata and managed care contracting to support a high-profile initiative through January 2027. This individual will act as a liaison between business users and the project team, providing guidance, answering questions, and helping drive project success. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a consultative approach, professional presence, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization. The role is primarily remote with limited travel requirements.

Skills and Requirements
Hands-on experience with Model N Validata (required)
Experience supporting managed care contracting processes
Proven Business Analyst experience gathering requirements and supporting business users
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to serve as a trusted advisor between business and project teams
Comfortable leading discussions, answering user questions, and providing guidance on processes and system functionality
Must be able to work Eastern Time hours
Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences environments
Strong professional presence with a consultative, client-facing personality
