• Certified Master Technician status with Ford Motor Company (or equivalent high-level manufacturer certification)
  
  
• Minimum 5+ years of dealership or advanced diagnostic experience preferred
  
  
• Proven ability to perform complex diagnostics, drivability concerns, electrical troubleshooting, and major component repairs
  
  
• Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems including engine performance, transmission, suspension, steering, HVAC, and advanced electronics
  
  
• Ability to efficiently use factory scan tools and diagnostic software
  
  
• Consistent productivity and ability to meet performance standards
  
  
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  
  
• Own professional-grade tools (specialty tools a plus)
  
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  
  
• Professional communication skills and team-oriented attitude
  
  
• Commitment to ongoing training and continued certification
